We feel that local cuisine, products and traditions are an important part of every culture. Every custom itinerary we design includes a variety of culinary touches and experiences to help you enter that culture in an enjoyable and delicious way. These experiences range from cooking with local chefs, to dining with our local hosts in beautiful settings with authentic dishes and wines of the region, to markets and tastings and the very creation of local products.
