My husband and I are frequent travelers to Italy. We know people and therefore have found it more comfortable to plan our own trips...until now. 

We decided to visit a new area for the first two weeks of our six week trip. We were faced with a lot of research and no time to plan. 

I spoke with this travel agent. He was knowledgeable and put my mind at ease to “turn over the reins”. 

We couldn’t be happier about every single step we took in beautiful Puglia!

Every hotel, every guide, every page of information....was nothing short of spectacular. I’m only sorry that we had already made our Rome plans ourselves instead of having our travel company do it for us. 

We also experienced issues (of our own making) that our travel agent helped us with. Once I left my new Iphone in a car, right before a train departure. I was in tears when our agent worked that one out for me! Wow.

My husband and I traveled to Italy in June. We worked with Robert to set up our trip and we found this experience to be incomparable to any other trip we have taken! We cannot believe how well our trip was planned and how smoothly everything went. Aside from organizing the trip to near perfection, we loved how Robert met us in Venice,  traveled with us to Florence, and gave us an introduction and walking tour of each city. On top of a thorough history review, Robert also showed us local places to eat, suggestions of where to shop, and other sites to see. The walking tours were exactly what we envisioned when he first described it to us as “it would be like having a local friend show you around the city”. The tours were completely catered to us, our schedule, what we did or did not want to see, etc. In addition to the introduction and walking tours, we found that the trip went flawlessly from activity to activity. Robert had everything well planned ahead of time, and still was able to check in with us each day to make sure we were comfortable. For Rome we had originally not booked the walking and introduction tour to save a little on the cost of the trip, but immediately we both found ourselves saying we wished we would have booked it because it was such a positive experience in Florence and Venice. Still, we were set up with transportation to each of our daily events, the Colosseum and Vatican. These were also unforgettable experiences. All in all we cannot say enough positive things about our trip or Robert, both as a guide and as a travel agent. We couldn’t believe the history and knowledge of the areas we visited that we remembered once we returned home to tell our friends and family. Everyone proclaimed that we must have had an excellent guide in order to remember all of that information, which we did!

Paul and I think Rome was the best part of our entire trip!  We were taken by surprise at how beautiful the city is!  Not just old but well kept! We liked the Coliseum and its surroundings...,the guide used a fold out book(which we later bought) that showed us before and after scenes as we were standing in the exact spot.  It made a big impression on us! -
